As a Carolina Panthers (and Cam) fan, I love this story so much! You can take the girl out of NC and Bojangles country, but you can’t take the Bojangles out of the girl 😆
I’ve made the chicken flautas for multiple parties and they are a huge hit! They’re also excellent pool snacks!
After seeing the post, I made the cheesy figgy everything bagel ham rolls for the luncheon the PTA did for teachers today (it was a Super Bowl themed appetizers and dips meal). I made one batch that was ham, Swiss/Gruyère (the TJ’s mix), and fig jam and one batch that was turkey, cheddar and raspberry jam. I did a sample taste test of each and they were amazing!
We used leftover frozen meatballs from the cheesy meatball recipe and made meatball sliders for the super bowl (with the Hawaiian rolls). Our guest were obsessed. I was obsessed. And the easiest appetizer to prepare.
Just made the sliders and they were a hit! I did it with ground turkey. (I had to a make a row of rolls with no sauce and pickles for the kiddo but she loved it too.) Was so good with that sauce and the pickles—my kid is seriously missing out!
Was searching the WTC archives for super bowl food last night and was debating crunchy tacos for Sunday so this is all a sign! “Despite my best efforts, they did not win” had me laughing very hard btw 😆
Love your Carolina Panther story! Also, love you. I'm definitely not your target audience, with kids, but I adore you, so I watch the kid advice😹. Your recipes are always delicious. Thanks!
BUT can we get the boberry biscuit recipe???
that recipe is under LOCK AND KEY
