For all my fellow Large Headed Ladies, I FINALLY found a sun visor/hat that works and it’s a whopping $12 on sale at target rn. It’s packable, lots of face coverage, I’m buying a second one as a backup it’s just too good! https://www.target.com/p/straw-visor-hat-a-new-day-8482-natural/-/A-89384608

That smaller bounce house is a dream! It fits in our playroom (takes up the entire room) but it’s the perfect wintertime babysitter indoors.

Hi Caro, do you have any suggestions for stretching a planned meal to include unexpected last minute guests? Often I'll have a meal planned, chicken/steak/fish is thawed, then afternoon guests are suddenly staying for dinner! We usually just pivot to take out pizza, but I'd love ideas on easy ways to stretch a meal, things to keep on hand just in case, etc. Thanks! :)

I am still so into the sheet pan gnocchi & asparagus! I’ve been making it at least once a week and I’m obsessed with how the gnocchi are crispy on the outside & still fluffy on the inside.

omg ok you have to try it with a pint of cherry tomatoes and 2 ears of corn cut off the cob instead of asparagus. sooo good.

How do you find motivation to get things done that “could wait”? Think cleaning out a closet or a space that’s cluttered. I have a baby and a second on the way and the last thing I want to do when I have some free time is tasks 😂

I’m in the season of life where friends are getting married and starting families, but I’m a single gal. How can I show up and support my wonderful friends without context of knowing what marriage or having kids is like?

I have made that balsamic chicken sausage, zucchini, corn sauté four times since you posted it on your Instagram stories! The quickest meal but SO summery!

I always double up when I cook a grain, throw it in the freezer, and then heat it up when I'm in a pinch. We have three stasher bags of that turmeric rice from the tandoori chicken bowls in the freezer and I can't wait to use them!

Any tips on how to stay focused and untouched when cooking with little kids? I always get interrupted or someone needs to help me with something that details progress and enjoyment of cooking/eating. I involve them sometimes for the right reasons, but sometimes mom wants to follow a recipe and eat a good bite, ya know?

I love the short Peloton workouts too! I usually stack a few in the late afternoons when I haven't had time for a daily walk. A lot of Pilates lately, along with upper body and a stretch.

Thank you for saving dinner time essentially every single night for me. Also currently obsessed with the balsamic zucchini sauté (I mixed it in with pasta), and I also still make the sheet pan asparagus gnocchi once a week.

I have a 15 month old little boy and your parenting advice keeps me sane. He’s not yet walking and I’ve stayed calm because I remember you saying Cash wasn’t walking yet at 15mo - my husband now recites to me “raise your first like your third”. I need more anxiety reducing parenting tips!

Best tips you have for moving? Moving while pregnant and feeling very overwhelmed. I admire your ability to move as much as you did with the kids during your house renovation.
