My book arrived two days ago! I thought that was earlyβ¦but Iβve really been enjoying flipping through it!! Canβt wait to start cooking for it after we get back from vacation :)

You do!! Made these on our blackstone and they were SO GOOD. That burger sauce!!!! I used smoked sea salt instead of just regular sea salt because my husband and I are Smokey fiends and it was so so good!

I made this tonight FROM MY BOOK and it was everything I dreamed of! Being able to put my phone away and keep it put away for the afterschool-dinner-bed routine IS A GIFT and I thank you profoundly!
Now, my kids did not love this but they are super picky so their experience holds little sway with me. But my hubs did (and me!) β¦ And it got me to try turkey burgers again because my first and second attempts years ago were no bueno. The mayo is the key (Iβm a dukeβs gal, personally). The burgers were not quite done after 4 min per side but they were verging into black territory, so i just threw them in the oven which was already preheated for the buns for about 3/4 min and that did the job. Chefβs kiss!

This recipe is a weekly staple in my house. Honestly, donβt know where I would be without it. I make turkey burger salad kind of like a halal cart with the dressing as βwhite sauceβ and all the fixings plus pickles. Absolute fixation meal!
