My book arrived two days ago! I thought that was earlyโ€ฆbut Iโ€™ve really been enjoying flipping through it!! Canโ€™t wait to start cooking for it after we get back from vacation :)

Thanks for the sneak peak of your book! I love that the entire recipe is on one page, what a great idea. Who wants to flip pages when your hands are messy lol. Iโ€™m getting so excited for my book to arrive!! Canโ€™t wait to make this recipe asap!

You do!! Made these on our blackstone and they were SO GOOD. That burger sauce!!!! I used smoked sea salt instead of just regular sea salt because my husband and I are Smokey fiends and it was so so good!

Iโ€™m making a double batch of burgers tonight & brining the extra to my neighbors who just had a new baby! Can you please go back to adding the ingredient amount in the instructions? That is so very helpful as youโ€™re cooking in the moment. Thank you!

Iโ€™ve made these twice already! Great as sliders on Hawaiian roll buns ๐Ÿคค tripled meat recipe and happily fed 8 adults and 5 kids!!

This was a winner!! I was able to get this together in such a short time in between kid wrangling. Used pre-shredded iceberg to save chopping effort.

For my gluten free friends, I liked the Rudyโ€™s GF brioche buns - theyโ€™re not as big and bready as most of the other brands which I like

Made these last night because I couldn't wait for my book to come in and WOW you are a magician!!! I didn't know a turkey burger could be so delicious. They are moist, flavorful, and don't fall apart! When I told my husband we were having turkey burgers for dinner he scoffed, by the end of the meal he asked if we could have this again. Thank you!!! Can't WAIT to dig into this cookbook!!
