I’m definitely thinking the squash casserole needs to be on our menu, as well as the strawberry and peach shortcake because we got a crapton (technical amount) of peaches from Sam’s that need to be eaten asap! We’ll probably plan to grill something for the main course, the pickle brined chicken maybe?
Crapton is a very technical amount. We were also considering the steak caprese for our spread, but ultimately felt like we needed a good ole fashioned hand held entree for Labor Day.
