Great conversation with Amanda, I’ve been a fan of hers for a long time! Cooking for Mr Latte was one of my favorites when it came out years ago, I’ve made so many of the recipes from the book, too. The NYT cookbook that she edited is a great resource in my kitchen, I often cross-reference it when making an unfamiliar recipe. She’s a wealth of knowledge and so fun, thanks for bringing a more quiet “food celebrity” into the spotlight.
