Thanks Caro for this!!! I love a meal plan :) We've just finished Day 2 and so far so good! I mega burnt the cauliflower tonight - I think it's bc I broke up the slices into florets which is probably where it all went wrong. Anyway - question about all this quinoa. It takes 20 mins to cook - can you make a big batch ahead of time and save in the fridge to use throughout the week?
