OMG you always know what we need, Caro -TY! I loved the cheesy chicken/squash but the fam got picky about it so going to try the rice sub this time (their loss; it was great). Always appreciate your deep attention to detail so everything works, every time 🥰
This is super helpful to see how versatile meal plans can be using leftovers. I'm so curious, though, as you're a mom of 3 young kids, do your children eat these meals or do you "deconstruct" them to be more simple? Currently navigating life with an extremely picky 4.5 y/o (who magically turned this way at 3) and sadly, an *already picky* 18 mo old. I love to cook but feel very much like a short-order cook these days with kids who refuse to eat things like salads or soups or with "weird brown spots" (i.e. perfectly seared protein).
I hear this. I have learned that I need to scoop out portions before things are mixed up, otherwise it’s going to be a no go sadly.
Some Caro recipes that have worked for my picky eater: the bolognese, chicken meatballs with orzo, chicken burgers, grilled balsamic cx with everything sort of separated - chicken, feta on the side, strawberries on side, etc
The link to the shopping list is to the v2 meal plan 😭I went back and forth between the meal plans thinking I was going crazy. Eventually made my own list to try this out this wk. But any chance you can fix? Ty!!

I’ve made tiny tomato pasta at least 3 times in the last month
I can vouch that tiny tomato pasta is just as great cold as it is warmed up 🤣
Thank you, thank you! I don’t know how I missed this when it first came out, but you saved my meal planning butt @ 8pm on Sunday night 🙌🏻🙌🏻
This meal plan was such a life saver. Would love more!!
Excited to try this!
I've been out of town the last 4 days and am so glad I can pull up this easy meal plan before I hit the store for this week's groceries!
The tiny tomato pasta has become a weekly staple at my house since you shared it. I could eat it every day.
Do you mind linking a recipe for the best kale salad? Is it the Caesar one or something else? thank you!! this is great
