Making this tonight and cannot figure out what to do with the lemon juice listed with the scallop ingredients. I see where it goes with the succotash but not the scallops. Is it added with the butter?

Hi! I can’t have corn (my body HATES it) which makes me so sad bc your recipes always look incredible! I can usually omit but when it’s the star of the dish I usually skip the dish.

But this week ironically enough I have frozen jumbo scallops I need to cook so what side dish would you recommend instead of the succotash? Thanks!!
