Just made this at home, it was my first time make scallops. I was a little hesitant but WOW are they good. My husband’s reaction “they’re really good. I’m pretty surprised to be honest”. Even my 9 month old loved the scallops!!

I was digging thru the archives and decided to give this a try. I have attempted scallops several times before without much success. But these turned out fantastic! I was so happy with myself! Thanks for giving me the confidence to try again!! And now that I can cook them, I’ll take more scallop recipes, please 😃

Making this tonight and cannot figure out what to do with the lemon juice listed with the scallop ingredients. I see where it goes with the succotash but not the scallops. Is it added with the butter?

Hi! I can’t have corn (my body HATES it) which makes me so sad bc your recipes always look incredible! I can usually omit but when it’s the star of the dish I usually skip the dish.

But this week ironically enough I have frozen jumbo scallops I need to cook so what side dish would you recommend instead of the succotash? Thanks!!

I didn't even THINK to write a corn sub! And I promise this is the last corn recipe of the summer :) :) Add another pepper, or a chopped zucchini or squash. Saute until tender, then stir in the beans. Will be SO DELISH!
