We had a busy school and sports day yesterday, and while I wanted to make a nice surf and turf, it just wasn’t realistic. I bought the premade fresh meatballs in the meat section and pressed them into a small heart shaped cookie cutter, for a quick Valentine’s themed spaghetti and meatball dinner. Garlic bread, salad, and call it a day!
We’re having pork chops and polenta, minus the polenta, sub garlic butter smashed potatoes. 😋
