Made this tonight after looking at what I had in the fridge and not wanting to spend hours on a marinade. Added some Dijon to the marinade just bc it was out before I realized it wasn’t actually in the recipe 🤣 used microwave frozen rice and added some dill and parsley for my pretend pilaf. Had a plethora of Swiss chard growing in the garden and sautéed that up for a complete easy what to cook when you don’t feel like cooking meal!!
Can I use bone in chicken thighs? They have skin on but assume I could just remove the shin

It'll be fine. It does start to break the chicken down and make it a bit tough after more than 24 hours, but honestly, it'll still be delicious.

Wow... this was so, so good! Nice surprise marinade. Never would have thought to use yogurt. Used plain greek yogurt.
Used dates, almonds, spinach for the rice pilaf, turned out great, too
i love dates in a pilaf!!!!!
