We just got back from a 3 month sabbatical trip with a pull behind trailer and 2 toddlers. It was 90 days. 24 states, 11,000 miles and we’re still married haha. So I would love to do that again sometime 🤣🤣
I will say the roadtrippers app was key and we did a lot of stops and usually not more than 4 hours in the car in a day and then lots of stops with no driving for a few days haha.
I've Dr. Googled that one too!! Although now my almost 7 year old has turned to lobbing mean words at me, which some days I'd trade with a good old fashioned meltdown lol
Someone once told me that the challenges don’t go away with kids, they just evolve, and….I’m starting to realize that’s more true than I’d like it to be.
I have talked about this on insta but I need to do a so into that about kid travel must haves!! But in the meantime -- way more snacks than you think and iPads loaded UP
It is currently 3 degrees in Indiana so I have spent all week dreaming and scheming and researching warm weather vacations! Greece is currently top of my list.
I’m headed to Mexico in April for a dear friend’s 50th bday! Solo trip with one of my besties on the flight because my hubs is The. Most. Sleep mask me! 🤗
I, too, love the Hydraberry mask from CLEARSTEM. I’m really excited for a trip to LA in the fall. My Brit husband got tickets to see oasis at the Rose Bowl so we’re making a weekend out of it.
I work for a luxury travel advisor and I just booked a family on a bougie barge trip in France. This has now become my bucket list trip. Floating around lazily essentially in a 5* hotel on the rivers in French. Yes please!!
Taking our kids on an international trip to Turks and Caicos without the grandparents. We've been WITH them, and the trip was just the most amazing time ever. Hoping it will be equally as amazing without the extra sets of hands... it has to be, right???!
Last 2am Google was “is my 2.5 yo a psychopath”?
This made me chortle
Have googled! 🙋🏻

Last Dr Google was whether it was normal for my 5 year old to still have total meltdowns.
