Rice question- can this be made in a rice cooker and if so do I follow the same ratios? I have a zojirushi if that matters. Thank you!

I threw the ingredients into the rice cooker according to the recipe amounts and it turned out great, no modifications needed. Dinner was a hit!

Wow wow wow. That pork is insanely good! It was all good, but especially the pork! I ended up with a bowl situation since the lettuce I bot for wraps online turned out to be baby lettuce 😂 Looking forward to leftovers!

Made this tonight. So delicious!! We served as a bowl with sliced cucumber I had in the fridge. Turned me into a subscriber. Can’t wait to try more recipes!

I make this every single time we have family/friends in town and need to feed a slightly larger crowd with different likes and dislikes. The coconut rice is always a slam-dunk and I feel like a professional AF chef from all the compliments I get. MAKE IT!!

Just made this for the first time and it was a hit - the scallion/ginger sauce is SO good. We love cooking Asian flavors at home so adding this to our rotation

As an OG I can confirm this is a crowd pleaser. Fast & easy. Fun enough to serve to guests, and the toddlers love it. I’ve lost count of how many times we have made this!

I have one of “crash’s pork tenderloin” marinated in the freezer. Do we think that could work for this?

I make this all the time! My kids love it! Anytime I make Asian food I make these sauces too. Earlier I was thinking I really love that first year of recipes.

Made this using rotisserie chicken tonight and can confirm it’s just as delicious. Diced up chicken and heated it with same ingredients listed under pork. So easy and so good!
