Such a great episode, the best advice that I've used and tested I learned from James Clear: consistency before intensity. Start small and become the kind of people who shows up every day. Build a new identity.

Then increase the intensity.

This was so fun! Peloton has been life-changing for me and I’m a huge fan of Emma’s. Loved to hear about what she’s into! And I didn’t even have to do any bicycle crunches :)
