Especially grateful for mom friends. I’m in the thick of postpartum and MAN it is good to have people to chat with who are in the thick of it with me.
No Thanksgiving spread is complete without stuffing, duh.
Can’t wait to watch my toddler open the police costume he’s been asking for these last few months. He is so excited for Santa and I am so excited to be Santa!
I’m gonna side with Cameron: I want a 24hr staycation with good breakfast and a good romance novel. or 24 hours where no one asks me where something is…?
1.so grateful for my family’s health and my family’s support. My mom lives with us and I can’t imagine a better up bringing for my kids. We moved away for work and she retired early and came with us. It’s truly a blessing.
2. All the thanksgiving stuff aside, we must have deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail and gherkins for apps!
3. We got a lot of hand me downs from a cousin with older kids and one of the toys was a giant doll house. I think my 4 year old is going to love it. I’m also making a kitchen boa (look it up!) for my MIL and I’m excited to tackle the project to see how it comes out.
4. I would love a new ski jacket and a sleeve for my paper white kindle…but the 24 hr mom staycation sounds pretty nice!
Especially grateful for my family ❤️ my husband and I started dating when we were just 17, together for a total of 23 years more than half our lives! We’ve grown so much, and still grow closer, now with our two beautiful kids
Honestly, so many people in my life are having the hardest times (like, truly the worst things you can imagine) and I am grateful for the ability to support them and practice my own gratitude because my problems are minor inconveniences at best.
