I’m amazed this one doesn’t have more comments - I’ve made it like 5-6 times. So easy and delicious! Love that it only uses a few ingredients.

Heard you with Michael Easter today and was inspired to join your substack. Found and made this recipe tonight.... awesome. I used chicken breasts and grilled them and then combined at the end. Love that I can improvise with what is in the pantry. Thanks for the recipe!

This is our new favorite! The onion and pepper addition is the best. Is there a printer version?

What if I only got a 12oz jar of salsa 🤦🏼‍♀️ 😵‍💫

Add more broth or no biggie?

Hi! I’m making this for dinner tomorrow. Looks super quick but any prep work I can do in advance?

Make the pickled red onions and season your chicken with salt and pepp today so that it's even tastier tomorrow. That's pretty much all you need to do in advance, no chopping etc to be done!

Just discovered this recipe, holy cow. This was so easy and delicious. Had most everything in the freezer/pantry anyway, came together in about an hour, most of that hands off. 10/10 recommend!

Phenomenal recipe! Felt like i was having dinner at an authentic Mexican restaurant. The way that salsa flavor soaked into the beans and rice was magical.

Question, I only have the microwaveable white rice! Any recommendations on how to use that?

Hi! I was wondering if you rinse and drain the beans? And any tips for serving with bones in? Sorry if that's a stupid question.
