This was amazing and so easy!!! I used boneless skinless chicken and next time will do the searing step bc they looked too yicky coming out oven without being browned
Phenomenal recipe! Felt like i was having dinner at an authentic Mexican restaurant. The way that salsa flavor soaked into the beans and rice was magical.
I made this with salsa verde and did the onion/pepper trick and my 22 month old freaking CRUSHED this (so did everyone else). Recently he’s been a carb-only guy but this time I literally had to make a second batch of pickled onions.

Question, I only have the microwaveable white rice! Any recommendations on how to use that?
This is our new favorite! The onion and pepper addition is the best. Is there a printer version?
I’m amazed this one doesn’t have more comments - I’ve made it like 5-6 times. So easy and delicious! Love that it only uses a few ingredients.
Hi! I was wondering if you rinse and drain the beans? And any tips for serving with bones in? Sorry if that's a stupid question.
This was so easy and delicious! And i had all of the ingredients at home already. 🤘
