We’ve been using this dry rub for our steaks all summer, amazingly easy and so, so good!

Love this one! Had last minute company join us so doubled the rub and made shrimp skewers for extra protein and added some roasted potatoes. Easy and delicious!

I made this for my father in law who only likes the blandest foods and he not only ate it but LOVED it! Thanks for widening the horizons of an 83 year old!

This salad has been on weekly meal plan rotation - love it! Add cucumbers and sub feta for mozzarella.

I made this on Sunday and just had leftovers on top of a salad for lunch today. So good and so fresh, and maybe even better a few days later! I love all of your recipes, but this is one of my favorites!

Yooooo this is so good I can't even haha. Just made this for a Friday night date dinner and WOW -- the rub was amazing and the salad was so flavorful as well. Plus it really was a quick one to pull together! Another amazing recipe, Caroline. THANK YOU!!! :)

Reporting back, made this last night and it was SO GOOD and so easy!

I had some leftovers, so I cubed the grilled bread and tossed it in with the caprese salad to make a panzanella to bring to work for lunch today!

Looks amazing! If using one of the flat iron steak subs above (skirt steak), is the grill time+heat the same?

skirt will look a little faster because it's thinner!! probably about 3 minutes per side if your grill is nice and hot! (400 to 450)

This is a winner! I tried it just for me tonight and loved it. Will plan on making it for company.
