Preordered for the bookstore I work at in Arlington, VA - and it sounds like the store (One More Page Books!) would be a great tour stop with all of your Virginia fans!!

DELICIOUS. Made this twice in three days. The first time I used vegan mayo and tilapia and it was *chefs kiss* The second time I swapped in plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo and extra firm tofu instead of fish. The tofu works perfectly but the yogurt was too sweet and milky for my taste so in my opinion not a great 1:1. Overall, incredible recipe! I am even making it again for my family at our Mother’s Day celebration this weekend!

I wish we could filter the preorder comments from the cooking comments because HOLY DELICIOUS this was so so good! Husband is allergic to fish so subbed chicken thighs and threw on a pint of cherry tomatoes, halved, with the chicken 15 minutes before adding the green beans to the sheet pan; otherwise totally as directed. It was just… so good!!!

I preordered a signed copy from B&N and I live in Grosse Pointe Park, MI (near Detroit!) and ps I’m down to one spatula that is remaining from our wedding …oops…just had my 20 yr anniversary. Time to purchase new spatulas 🤣

Preordered as soon as I saw it was time! I live in Goshen, IN. No one comes here 🤣. A little over 2ish hours from Chicago, 45 min from South Bend, close to a lot of places on Lake Michigan! Or I have family on Columbus, OH! So enticing I know 🤣
