The Columbia Restaurant opened in 1905 and is the oldest Spanish restaurant in the US. The dressing has Lea and Perrin's Worcestershire sauce in it and the salad is so popular here that the Columbia is the biggest restaurant consumer of Lea & Perrin’s Worcestershire sauce in the country. 10/10 would recommend for your salad club, Caroline!
