Just made the creamy sausage pasta and was out of EVERYTHING so tried to make it with half and half instead of heavy cream. Sauce didn’t thicken so I stirred in some sour cream at the end and, miracle of miracles, delicious creamy sauce! Woooo! Not low calorie but it made dinner happen and the family liked it a lot!
Just made the creamy cherry tomato pasta except I didn’t have cherry tomatoes. I subbed a can of diced tomatoes with the liquid drained & it was absolutely delicious. This came together so quickly. Will be making again
The creamy sausage & sundried tomato pasta says it serves 2... Should I just triple the quantities as is for 4 adults and 2 kids? Having people over and want something easy but comforting and delicious
Took some of the hella green sauce out of the freezer earlier this week and added it to a white bean/tomato/mozzarella/rigatoni sitch and baked it. It is truly the sauce that keeps on giving.
