We do a lot of "augmented" ramen nights when we camp/backpack--we add powdered coconut milk (order on Amazon), curry powder, a handful of kale or spinach leaves, you could even add meat if you've got a cooler. All you have to do is boil water! Just be sure to drink a lot of water because it's got a LOT of salt!
