I just finished making the recipes from this meal plan and can't thank you enough! I'm pregnant with my 2nd and dealing with gestational diabetes, and the constant counting of carbs/protein has really taken a lot of joy out of cooking. I was able to make every one of these recipes with minor modifications (like swapping the cheesy grits for cheesy cauliflower mash) and they were all so delicious!

The Christmas gift I didn't know I needed, but oh boy did I need it. This has been our "back to school/work" week meal plan. After a fun and hectic week of everyone-at-home-all-the-time between Christmas and New Year, it was a gift to have the meals and grocery list prepared for me. Thank you, Caro.

I made the short ribs + cheesy polenta + beet/goat cheese balsamic salad for my husband, FIL, and myself (while wearing one of those perfect tees) - truly knocked it out of the park! Now off to watch some Andy & Anderson while my 16 month old sleeps soundly upstairs. Thanks for making our NYE in feel special 🥰
