We have made the chipotle shrimp tacos almost weekly since they appeared in WTC. They could not be easier and the crema is absolutely delicious. Everyone needs to make these!!
Wondering what kinds of chips we’re thinking for this. I love a frito lay type of corn chip to top Chili but it should probably be a salt and vinegar type potato chip for the salad. Any thoughts? Ideas for a compromise chip? Haha
First time using your meal plans, and it had been lovely this week not having to worry about what I’ll be eating for supper and lunch the next day. The shrimp tacos were bomb! I ended up switching the mob wife salad for the chicken apple kale salad. So. Good!! Thank you!

Buy a small bag of each! Like an individual portion. Or, a tortilla chip would be great on both!

I made a Mexican shrimp bowl with microwaveable rice and all the toppings from the tacos for lunch and it was so good!
