Love these ideas! That creamy but cream less tomato soup is a favorite. I also really love a butternut squash soup I make with a little bacon, apples, coconut milk, and all the warm spices. So delicious!

I also remember those first times out of the house without baby and they are a DREAM! It definitely helped me start to feel like myself again

One of my favorites is a lasagna soup from Farm Girl Dabbles. She has you make a cheesy ricotta that you ladle the soup over, it’s fabulous. https://www.afarmgirlsdabbles.com/lasagna-soup/

My favorite soup in fall is an Italian sausage soup which has carrots, celery, beans and thinly sliced red potatoes with beef broth and canned diced tomatoes. Each serving gets a big handful of raw kale added to the bowl, and a generous topping of Parmesan cheese. Although I have a recipe, I make it so frequently I never follow it, I just throw in what I have.

Your cheesy white bean chicken chili is my go to! It just started feeling like fall on the east coast and I made it for dinner this week - so good.

Congratulations on your new addition! For those of you who have recommended the soup-er cubes. Talk to me. What is it about them versus just freezing soup in a flat ziplock? Is it the portion thing? I never know what to ask for Christmas but maybe I will ask for this. Do you leave the soup in the freezer in the teal container, or take it out once frozen and put into bags. Is two cups enough for two people? Thanks!!

I make giant vats of "mixed bone broth".....save bones in the freezer until I have two or three gallon bags, throw them in a big stock pot with assorted veg and herbs, a glug of vinegar bring it to a boil and then put it in a 225º oven for 24 hours. It gets strained and pressure canned in pint jars. The meat and some of the veg, gets picked out and ground up to be an add on to doggie dinner. My hands down favorite soup is to heat a couple pints of broth, with some chopped spinach, stir in two eggs beaten with grated Romano cheese so it "shreds" and ladle that over some cooked tortellini.. then it is just a base for whatever other soup strikes my fancy! Making a roasted tomato soup that I also can, and add cream to when heating up...those are easy, always in the pantry when I forgot to get something out of the freezer or one of us is feelign puny!

Love these soup recipes - and that you're "back" :) congratulations on becoming a mama of 3! Our household's favorite soup recipe is this Greek-Style Lemon Chicken Soup. Depending on our mood, we'll use orzo or cauli rice (both are delish) and I usually make in a dutch oven, not InstantPot. https://broccyourbody.com/2019/04/05/instantpot-greek-style-lemon-chicken-soup/

Love this tomato soup- making it for dinner tonight! My fam also loves Gimme Some Oven’s Zuppa Toscana and a big ol’ pot of chicken and dumplins! Soup weather is the best weather.

Mine is a recipe I made up by combining tortilla soup and chicken and rice... in addition to chicken and rice, it’s got onion, bell pepper, corn, jalapeño, and green chiles. Throw in some cumin, chile powder, and cayenne. Stir in some heavy cream or mascarpone cheese ( I prefer the latter) and top with green onion, cilantro, avo slices, and squeeze of lime. Ok now I know what I want for dinner!

I love soups! Not all my kids do though so I don’t nearly make them as often and I want to. That’s going to change this season. Those kids can eat a pb&j for all I care 😉 Your Thai curry chicken and rice soups is a fave for sure!
