I LOVE the one about treating your phone like a landline! So smart! (She says as she clutches her phone and moves from room to room.)

Loved the recent Martha documentary- a lot I didn’t know about her life and love how unapologetic she is about who she is. Badass through and through

Really loved this list of ins and outs! Going to make several of these my ins and outs this year, too! Especially no phone after 8.

I love that you bring archived recipes back up to remind us of the goodness of the past. Some of them I've made and some of them I haven't and I love being reminded of them to make again or refresh my mind of the ones I missed. Thank you!!

You have so many great ins and outs here! I usually take a little bit of the beginning of January to marinate on my intentions for the year, and with that said I feel like it’s been a few years of zero intentions bc well life. BUT one think I’m definitely taking from your list is to have a dock area for the phone and treat it more like a landline - this is genius and so needed! I took your advice months ago and don’t sleep w my phone next to the bed and that’s been a game changer!

525 American has a lower priced cotton oversized fisherman sweater. “Emma”. It grows better over time. Mine that are a few years old have held up extremely well and are longer than the one I got new this year. Currently the only sweater I’m wearing in my quite pregnant stage- I have it in 4 or 5 colors!

Getting enough sleep (unless the book is really, really worth it) resonates HARD today. So ready for bed but also I need to finish it!

Also OUT on ultra processed foods, but always struggle with toddler snacks. Would love to hear what snacks you are packing for the kids instead (aside from Skout, already a staple for us!)
