This was just about the most fun I've ever had. Thank you so much for having me and for reading my books and just being so cool about it all. I think you, Katie, and Becca need a daytime talk show
I’d like to add to the niche “ You have had a WEEK, and need to vicariously travel to Europe for a few days” section…. “Beautiful Ruins” by Jess Walter is a personal favorite. It is Old Hollywood meets Italy (modern and historical) meets contemporary fact finding/research and I couldn’t put it down. It delighted me when I read it and my copy is in tatters from all the friends that I’ve lent it to!
I’d love to read something from the list, but alas, I’m starting ‘How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen’ to try to better engage with my newly tricky 2yo!
This was fun to read - Katie and Caro are two of my top follows, and it's so great when internet friends collide. It's a Love Story and One Golden Summer are at the stop of my summer reading list, but definitely will be dabbling in the Harbour Village series as well!
Such a fun post!! I adore Annabel Monaghan and cannot wait for her new book! I already had wild dark shore on my hold list but I just added a whole lot more courtesy of yalls recs so thank you!! 😘
On maternity leave with my third and just started “All That Life Can Afford” which I’ll be listening to from the corner of my couch breast feeding all day long until the other two monsters get home! (Also writing this during a 2am feeding…….)
This is the post I didn’t know I was waiting for you to do but omg exactly what I needed!
I’ve always read half of these books - One Golden Summer was my fave so far. So, so good! Currently finishing First Time Caller. Adding It’s A Live Story and Welcome to Murder Week to my TBR list.

I think we're going to need four woodsmen. I'm not willing to compete with the likes of you ladies.
Yeeeesssss please!!
Seconded, thirded, fourthed! And.or the woodsman plan also sounds good, tbh!
