Trader Joe’s (and probably other stores) carries cubes of frozen ginger that are amazing. I now never have to throw away large pieces of fresh ginger that I didn’t finish. I much prefer it to dried ginger.

My grocery was out of ginger so I tried a tube of puréed ginger. I may never buy ginger again!

I buy a piece of ginger root, toss the leftover in the freezer in a freezer bag. No need to peel it, just grate it frozen the next time you need it. Always better than substituting dried ginger.

Can I sub frozen brown rice for the cauliflower? Cook it in the microwave and leave it marinade free?

Omg. So good.

This salmon chopped up (or cut it up first and stick it in the air fryer for 10 mins at 400) with rice and Trader Joe’s broccoli and kale slaw in a bowl = awesome even shorter cut to tasty dinner.

This one was excellent! Even the two year old loved!! Also made some coconut rice for the first time as a second side and was great. But best part was how nice and crispy (but not burnt) the cauli rice came out. Great job with this one!! 😃😃

So excited to try this tonight! Can it be made with a one pound filet of salmon (which is what I already have on hand) or is it best to cut it up?

Yes, absolutely use the whole thing. It will be perfect. Might need a little slightly longer cook time.

So happy to see this favorite pop up! I've probably made it 8-10 times over the years, and it's a guaranteed winner. So easy, so delicious! (This was my first introduction to cauliflower rice, btw.)

This was the best salmon I’ve ever cooked! Love the low temperature cooking. We had it with basmati and steamed broccoli. Definitely a keeper.

I loved this. I have a race coming up and was nervous about having the fish be underdone and getting sick, so I cooked it to 145. I think I overcooked the fish, but it was still delicious. I'll definitely make this again but aim for the lower temp on the fish. Yummy. I couldn't get enough of the cauliflower rice with the marinade.

Can you substitute frozen cauliflower rice for frozen brown rice? As in, can you put frozen rice in the sheet pan for same amount of time? Thanks!

I have a couple of frozen salmon filets in my freezer I have to use up. Does the slow roast method still work here and how much time should I add?

thaw em first!! cooking from frozen with this low heat i'm a little wary about.

Make this one semi regularly when I’m feeling like I’ve been too lush for too long. Made tonight with chicken instead per instructions and was great, too!

The store only had steelhead trout- I assume that’s an okay sub here?

Hi! Could you sub shrimp? Cooking for less time of course
