Made it with penne to appease my kid! I reduced the water and it turned out great. Very tasty. Served with roasted lemony broccoli. (My kid of course only ate garlic bread, but still)

This was so good! I’m here for all the Italian recipes to make and eat during the Milan Cortina Olympics! We’ve been trying to clean out stuff from our freezer so after I took the pasta out of the pot, I sautéed some shrimp in the same pot, and it was a delicious addition.

I did half the liquid with chicken bone broth for more protein and it turned out great!

My “butter noodles only” kid devoured this and went back for more. My “plain dry ass noodles” kid said “it’s not too bad, I’d be willing to eat that sometimes.” That’s good enough for me, it’s going into permanent rotation immediately.

Okay, did not realize I needed another easy pasta recipe in my back pocket because I make the Boursin pasta & the lemon basil pasta all the time & those are soooo good, buuuuut yes, I did need another! This one is so easy & delicious!! Such a win on a night of solo parenting while husband is traveling!!

This was delightful! Threw in a bag of frozen peas at end of pasta cooking for some green and served with grilled chicken on top! Did not taste heavy to me. I do like an above trader suggestion of serving on top of raw spinach. Will do that next time.

This was so good! I used olive oil instead of butter. Turned out perfect. Also added a bit more lemon zest and juice🍋🍋🍋

This is SO GOOD. I used rigatoni and the cook time was about the same. I was fortunate to have some Meyer lemons (thanks to my California relatives for mailing them down South every year!) - I used two Meyer and one regular in the recipe. Served it with grilled chicken breasts sliced on top!
