We’re in a big kid dinner / adult dinner stage too!! More kid dinners mine will reliably eat: nachos, quesadillas, breakfast for dinner, grilled cheeses, carrots/lettuce/cucumbers with ranch, cashews or pistachios for protein, and so. much. fruit

Our never-fail kid dinner is flatbread pizzas! Just jarred pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and any other toppings of choice on a store-bought naan or flatbread. Unbelievably, they will choose homemade flatbread pizzas over takeout pizza almost every time! They often eat at different times from each other due to activities, and it is so nice to be able to assemble both their pizzas at once and then bake them off individually. And the adults can eat something we actually want to eat!
