My 10-year-old daughter usually resists anything with green chiles, cumin or kale. But I think the cream cheese and cheddar make them delicious! She asked for seconds of the enchilada stew.
Could possibly color code the grocery lists for your weekly plans to show which meal each ingredient corresponds to? I love these meal plan round ups, but almost always end up needing to just do 80% of it (for example, I made unstuffed tomatoes last week (so good!) but after eating leftovers for lunch all week, want to sub in something else this week).
Yes! I’m running into this issue right now. I bought regular tomatoes and cherry tomatoes the way the grocery list asks for but all three recipes use tomatoes and I don’t know which ones to use for which recipe.
Thank you I figured it out! I was also the one asking about which recipe the pistachios were for. I ended up just using the Pepitas for the salad too. I agree that color coding the recipes might help? Though it might get too crazy with all the colors. Maybe offer two separate lists? One by recipe and one all together.
Omg I’m so excited to finally do a full meal plan! This all feels very yummy and doable. Quick question though: the grocery list asks for almonds or pistachios and I can’t for the life of me figure out which recipe that’s for! Also, my grocery store has too many variations: salted, unsalted, just the kernels, roasted etc. — if I knew what they were for I could decide which one I’m gonna get. Help!
They loved the teriyaki salmon bowls!
Unstuffed tomatoes! It’s like how did I miss this recipe when it came out??!! Excited to try it now!
We made the sunshine curry recently and loved it!!
It's so good!!
Unstuffed tomatoes is most interesting to me
It's such a good one!

Love these simple meal plans!

Cherry tomatoes are for the curry and unstuffed tomatoes calls for 1 1/2 lbs of any tomatoes!

Yes, we've definitely made the note to play around with this!!
I popped the messy meatball slider leftovers in the air fryer and they crisped right up! Still delicious a day or two later!!!!
The Roma-esque tomatoes are ripening, perfect for unstuffed tomatoes with 1 can rinsed chickpeas and homemade parsley pesto.
Yum!

Yay!!! They are for the fig salad in the grilled cheese and salad dinner :) Roasted, salted would be best for this!
